This is a 12 year old Mortlach, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers for its Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited Edition. It is bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle, and 942 bottles were released.
The whisky received a finish in a Barbados rum cask. It is described as showing pineapple, papaya and very ripe bananas, rounded off by the dusty notes of classic dunnage warehouse maturation.
