Mortlach 16 Year Old is a rich, sherried single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in a mix of first-fill and refill sherry casks, which gives a wider range of sherry-cask character than a single type of cask would. The influence runs from rich, dark dried fruit to plump, juicy berries, and the result is a balanced whisky.
