Moscato d'Asti DOCG Sciandor

Moscato d'Asti DOCG Sciandor is a sparkling wine from Banfi, made exclusively from Moscato Bianco grapes grown in Piedmont. The grapes are cultivated by traditional methods and harvested by hand to preserve aromatic integrity. It has a delicate, persistent perlage with floral notes of orange blossom and peach, balanced sweetness and a light honey note. Ageing takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to enhance freshness and fragrance, keeping the low alcohol typical of the denomination. It suits light desserts, dry pastries or meditation.
