Mosgaard Batch 2 Peated is a Danish whisky bottled at 48.4% ABV, matured in French oak and bourbon casks. It comes from the Mosgaard distillery near Oure, which Jes and Gitte Mosgaard founded in 2015 on an old, disused farm. It sits among fields and apple orchards, with a view over the Langelandssund. The distillery was designed by the founders themselves and works entirely from organic raw materials.
