Mosgaard Oloroso Cask is an organic single malt from Mosgaard in South Funen, Denmark, in a 50cl bottle. This is Batch 1, matured for three years in ex-Oloroso casks. It is made from organic Danish barley, malted to the distillery's own specification, and came from the first brews and distillations on the distillery's then-new stills. Only 212 bottles were released, each of them numbered. The flavours are malt, caramel, pear, peach, citrus, dried fruit and nuts.
