This is a single cask Danish single malt from Mosgaard, matured in a Palo Cortado sherry cask and bottled at a cask strength of 59.6% in a 50cl bottle. It was bottled on 8 November 2021, and 90 bottles were filled. The cask was found while selecting casks for Mosgaard Palo Cortado #1. Alongside fine orange notes it showed a distinct note of cacao, which set it apart from the others. The distillery recommends drinking it at full cask strength, which brings the different notes together.
