Mossburn Blended Island Cask Bill N°1 (70cl, 46%)

Mossburn Cask Bill N°1 is a blended malt drawn from the Scottish islands, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The master blender chose whiskies from several island distilleries and brought them together as an Island Blended Malt. The whisky first matured in ex-Bourbon casks. After blending, it spent a second period in casks made from first-fill Oloroso sherry staves with heavily toasted new American oak heads, which add richness and depth. Peat, smoke and iodine are the aromas it is meant to express, in a peated and salty style.
