A 28 year old single cask Jura from 1993, bottled by Mossburn in its Vintage Casks range at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with old malty wood, then linoleum, damp hay and biscuity vanilla. The palate is rich and a little oily, with boiled sweets, toasted hazelnuts and more biscuity malt. The finish is lively, with some spice.
