Mount Gay Coffey Still Expression is a rum from Barbados distilled entirely in a rare copper Coffey still. The still was brought back into use in 2019 after decades out of service, reconstructed with the knowledge of Reynold "Blues" Hinds. It is bottled at 58% vol in a 70cl bottle, with an outturn of 5004 bottles. No colouring, no chill filtration and no added sugar are used.
The rum is marked by floral aromas with fine notes of pear, grapefruit and honey.
