This is a lightly peated new make from Nagahama, one of the newest and smallest distilleries in Japan. It is bottled at 59% ABV. The distillery only became operational last year, so this is among its first releases. It belongs to a new wave of small distilleries opening across Japan. The spirit is sharp and intense, with a taste of smoke.
