A cask strength, unpeated single malt from Nagahama in Shiga, bottled at 56.5% ABV from a single cask, #1966. It was distilled on 21 June 2019 and bottled on 16 July 2025.
The whisky matured in a premium red wine cask from the protected Spanish appellation Vino de Pago. The packaging shows a lake at sunset, and the bottle is signed by the distiller, Y. Yahisa.
The nose is described as dark grapes and plums, with velvety tannins and a light touch of wood vanilla.
