This is Nc'Nean Aon U.K. Single Cask 17-366, a single malt matured in a first-fill red wine cask. The cask was filled in October 2017 and the whisky was bottled in January 2023 at a cask strength of 51.4% ABV.
It was made from 100% organic Scottish barley, fermented with Anchor and Fermentis yeasts. It is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
Raspberry jam, candied grapefruit and buttered toast run through both the aroma and the flavour.
