Nc'Nean Cask Strength Organic Single Malt is an unpeated Highland single malt made from 100% organic Scottish malted barley and bottled at cask strength, in a 70cl bottle. It is naturally coloured and non-chill filtered.
The whisky was matured in a combination of specially treated red wine casks, ex-American whiskey casks and Oloroso sherry casks. It presents the distillery's fruity style at greater intensity.
The nose offers lemon peel, honey, ripe pear and gentle baking spices. On the palate come apricot jam, freshly cut grass and sourdough bread. The finish is long, with lingering citrus, gentle spice and an oily texture.
