Nc'Nean – Huntress 2023 Woodland Candy (48.5%)

Woodland Candy is the 2023 release in Nc'Nean's limited Huntress series, an organic single malt made from 100 per cent organically grown Scottish barley. The distillery stands on the Morvern peninsula and is led by founder Annabel Thomas. The series experiments with yeast, and this is the first Nc'Nean whisky made with four yeast strains, including red wine and white wine yeasts for the first time. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV in a dark recycled glass bottle. The profile runs to buttery toffee, woodland fruits and herbal spice.
