Nc'nean Huntress 2026 Malted Teacake is an organic single malt bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. For this edition the distillery used a yeast of the kind found in Belgian ale.
The whisky was matured in STR red wine casks, ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks. Fermentation and cask choice together give a creamy, malty profile with buttery, fruity and lightly mineral notes.
The aromas are of butter, fine minerality, freshly baked cake, fig jam and warm buttered toast.
