Huntress Orchard Cobbler is an organic Highland single malt from Nc'Nean, released in 2024 at 48.5% ABV in a limited edition of 6,153 bottles. It is made from 100% organic Scottish barley, is naturally coloured and is non-chill filtered.
The spirit is unusually fruit-rich and was made during the distillery's annual change between distillation recipes. It was matured in rejuvenated red wine, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose has cherry-almond pastry, ripe apricot and creamy vanilla. The palate is smooth and fruit-forward, with apricot preserves, cherry cake and vanilla custard. The finish is soft, with fruit sweetness, vanilla and delicate peppermint.
