This is an organic Highland single malt, an official bottling from the Nc'Nean distillery, from batch KS17. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in shaved, roasted and toasted red wine barrels, ex-American whiskey casks and an Oloroso cask.
The nose is fresh, with malt, strawberries, peach, honey and a gentle mix of spices. The palate is creamy, with a peppery, spicy start followed by honey, malt and peach again. The finish is medium in length and spicy.
