Nc'Nean – Organic Cask Strength Batch CS/GD06 (70cl, 59.6%)

Nc'Nean Organic Cask Strength Batch CS/GD06 is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is the first time the distillery's organic core range malt has been bottled at natural cask strength, here 59.6% ABV. The whisky was matured in the same mix of casks as the regular range: 55% STR red wine, 43% bourbon and 2% Oloroso sherry. It is non-chill-filtered, in natural colour, and was bottled in a limited run of 4,998 bottles. The flavour profile is built around rye bread, light ripe fruit and lemon.
