An organic Highland single malt from Nc'Nean, bottled by the distillery at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is not coloured or chill-filtered. The whisky matured in 55% STR red wine casks, 43% bourbon casks and 2% Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose pairs fizzy lemonade with green apples, juicy apricots and white peaches, finished with a little vanilla. On the palate, polished lemon peel and waxed zest meet chilli threads, vanilla ice cream, creamy caramel, oak spice and cinnamon, with pickled mandarins, apricots and grilled limes. The finish is long and spicy, carried by apricot and peach, with a light oak note.
