Nc'Nean – Organic Quiet Rebels Annabel (70cl, 48.5%)

Annabel is a limited edition organic single malt from Nc'Nean, part of the Quiet Rebels series first released in the autumn of 2021. The series celebrates the people of the distillery and shows a more adventurous side of its organic whisky. This first Quiet Rebels bottling uses a cask recipe chosen by Annabel Thomas, the distillery's founder and CEO. It combines ex-bourbon wood with casks that previously held Tokaji Aszu, the Hungarian dessert wine. It is bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle. The casks are said to give a velvety texture and tropical fruit flavours.
