Quiet Rebels Gordon is the third seasonal release in Nc'nean's Autumn series, a run of whiskies named after members of the distillery team. This organic single malt was put together by distillery manager Gordon, who chose a combination of STR red wine, ex-sherry and ex-Rivesaltes casks. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Gordon moved to Morvern in 2017, after leaving one of Scotland's large whisky producers, to lead production at the distillery.
It is described as velvety, rich and creamy, with crème brûlée, spiced plum jam and candied orange peel.
