Nc'nean – Organic Quiet Rebels Matthew (58.5%)

This is the sixth edition of the Quiet Rebels series from Nc'nean, an organic Highland single malt. The series tells the stories of people who work at the distillery. This edition was shaped by Matthew, a whisky blender with a passion for cinema and a taste for surprising contrasts. The whisky is a vatting of 47% Manzanilla hogsheads, 51% Bourbon casks and 2% Oloroso sherry hogsheads. The Manzanilla hogsheads were conditioned in Jerez for more than 24 months beforehand. It is bottled at a cask strength of 58.5% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
