Batch 13 of Nc'Nean's organic single malt, bottled at 46% ABV. It is made from organically grown Scottish barley, and the bottle is certified organic.
Gentle fermentation and distillation are used to bring out delicate, fruity aromas. The whisky is matured in specially treated red wine casks and American whiskey casks, which shape its body and sweetness.
It is made at a distillery described as carbon neutral and filled into bottles made from 100% recycled glass.
