Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt Batch 2 is a small-batch single malt made from organic Scottish barley and fermented with Anchor and Fermentis yeast strains. It was bottled on 28 September 2020 and is one of 5040 bottles. The spirit was filled in April, May and August 2017 into a combination of 65% STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks and 35% ex-Bourbon casks. Nc'Nean stands on the Drimnin Estate, on the Morvern Peninsula of Scotland's west coast, and its first spirit ran from the stills in March 2017.
