Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Amy is a limited-edition organic Highland single malt Scotch whisky, released in 2024 at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was created in collaboration with Amy Stammers, the distillery's Head of Sustainability. The whisky matured in STR red wine and ex-bourbon casks is combined with whisky finished in French Maury fortified wine casks.
The nose is sweet, with toffee, red currants, orange peel and oak spice. The palate brings lemon custard, damson jam, buttery muffins and double cream. The finish is long and sweet, with lingering fruit and creamy richness.
