Nc'nean Quiet Rebels Gordon is an organic single malt created by Gordon, the distillery manager, as part of the Quiet Rebels autumn series. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV and made from 100% organic Scottish barley with Anchor and Fermentis yeasts.
It was matured in STR red wine, sherry and Rivesaltes casks, filled between September 2018 and July 2019 and bottled between August and September 2023.
The whisky is described as velvety, full and creamy, with crème brûlée, spiced plum jam and candied orange peel.
