Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels Gordon is an organic Highland single malt Scotch whisky, released in 2023 as a limited edition at 48.5% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
It was created by distillery manager Gordon Wood, who combined whisky matured in STR red wine casks, Oloroso sherry casks and Rivesaltes wine casks.
The nose is sweet, with caramelised custard, ripe peaches, red berries, cinnamon and orange peel. On the palate come spiced plum jam, juicy nectarines, creamy vanilla and aromatic spice. The finish is warming, with dark fruit, caramel sweetness and gentle toasted oak.
