Nc'nean – Quiet Rebels Lorna Organic Single Malt (70cl, 48%)

This is an organic Scottish single malt from Nc'nean, the second limited release in the Quiet Rebels series, which pays tribute to the people who work at the distillery. Lorna is named in honour of Lorna Davidson, the distillery's first team member, a keen gardener and distiller who is rumoured to grow tomatoes in the stillhouse over the summer. She chose the casks herself: ex-American whiskey casks and ex-pineau de charentes casks, used together for the maturation. The result is described as a complex, fruity dram.
