This is Simon, the fifth bottle in the Quiet Rebels series from Nc'Nean. It is a five year old single malt, distilled in 2020 and bottled in 2025, with an outturn of 6,894 bottles in 70cl.
It was finished in STR red wine casks and in casks that held stout. Bottling strength is 48.5% ABV, and the whisky is non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
