A 2024 Nebbiolo from Piero Benevelli, offering an immediate and sincere portrait of the grape. It shows small red fruits, rose petals, a hint of sweet spice and an earthy note, with a slender, fresh and lively palate. Fine, still-lively tannins support an elastic structure, while sapidity and a light return of fruit give balance and pleasant persistence. Best served around 16-18 C, with a brief airing in a decanter to open the aromas.
