Piero Benevelli Nebbiolo Langhe DOC is a red wine with a light, bright ruby colour. The nose is delicate, with rose petal, small red fruits, an earthy echo and fine spice. The palate shows lively acidity, medium structure and well-defined tannins, giving an elegant, linear and substantial character. It is best served around 16-18 C and pairs well with mushroom dishes, roast or lightly braised meats and aged cheeses.
