Ned is an Australian whisky in a 200ml bottle, distilled from Australian grain. It is made by a proprietary process that draws on single malt production and sour mash techniques, and is aged before bottling.
The nose is coconut and vanilla with hints of stone and dried fruit, moving to rich grain and chocolate before turning dry. The palate starts with sweet oak and spicy grain, then mocha, vanilla and dry coconut. The finish is long, with plenty of oak softened by lingering dark chocolate.
