NED – Australian Whisky (70cl)

NED is an Australian whisky in a 70cl bottle, made from Australian grain mashed and fermented by a process that draws on both single malt production and sour mash techniques. It is aged in second-fill oak and then finished in new, heavily charred oak. Before bottling it is gently charcoal filtered, then blended in large European oak vats. Each bottle is hand bottled, labelled and individually numbered.
