Daring is an Australian whisky in a 50cl bottle, a limited edition from The Wanted Series by the NED Barrel House.
It was blended from four barrels by the Master and Head Distillers. Two came from the Heritage 200-litre collection and two from a stash of 500-litre European oak, and each was matured separately before blending.
The tasting notes describe orange, dark chocolate and fruit cake, with strong oak and caramel. The finish is long and clean, ending on dark chocolate and oak.
