Ned The Wanted Series Ingenuity Limited Edition (50cl, 46%)

Ingenuity is an Australian whisky from the NED Barrel House, released as the final bottling in The Wanted Series and inspired by the armour Ned Kelly wore at Glenrowan. It is a limited edition in a 50cl bottle at 46% ABV. The master distillers hand-selected barrels with soft vanilla, milk chocolate and citrus fruit character, then matured the whisky over char toasted wooden blocks. It won a bronze medal at the 2022 Melbourne International Spirits Awards. The nose brings dried fruit, fresh oak and citrus. On the palate come rich vanilla, toffee and sweet milk chocolate with silky tannin, ending in a subtle pepper spice.
