This is an eight-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from New Riff Distilling, the oldest bourbon the distillery has released. It is bottled at 100 proof without chill filtration.
The mashbill is 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley. The bourbon is drawn from two distilling seasons and has spent a minimum of eight years in cask. It is presented as the start of a new chapter for New Riff, and the distillery describes it as rich in oaky flavour, without tannic or drying notes.
