New Riff Single Barrel Rye is a full bodied rye whiskey with a vibrant, spicy character, bottled at barrel proof without chill filtration.
The mash bill is 95% rye and 5% malted rye. The whiskey was aged for four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels, and made with the full sour mash Kentucky Regimen.
