New Riff Bottled In Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon from New Riff Distilling, aged for a minimum of four years. It is bottled at 100 proof under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 and is non-chill filtered.
The mash bill is high in rye, giving a balance of spice and sweetness. The whiskey was distilled in a single season and bottled by one distillery.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel, rye spice and fresh oak. On the palate there is toffee, cinnamon, clove and citrus zest, and the finish is clean and spicy, with lingering oak and peppery warmth.
