New Riff Distilling Single Barrel Bourbon

A single barrel Kentucky bourbon from New Riff Distilling, made from a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley. The high rye content gives it a full-bodied, savoury and spicy character. It is bottled at barrel proof and is non-chill-filtered. The tasting notes describe caramel and vanilla with a little spice on the nose, sweet corn and spicy rye with oak and malt on the palate, and a long, warm finish of lingering spice and sweetness.
