New Riff – Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

This is the core bourbon from New Riff, a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled in bond and bottled without chill filtration. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley, all non-GMO grains, which gives a high-rye bourbon. It was aged for four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels and made by the full sour mash method. New Riff describes it as full bodied, with a savoury, spicy character.
