New Riff – Single Barrel Rye (Cask 16-3518) (75cl, 52.1%)

A single barrel rye whiskey from New Riff, taken from cask 16-3518 and bottled at 52.15% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is bottled at barrel proof and without chill filtration, so the character of the barrel reaches the glass unaltered. The whiskey has been aged for at least four years, and each New Riff barrel is chosen for its quality and complexity.
