Nikka Coffey Malt (70cl)

Nikka Coffey Malt is a Japanese whisky from the Miyagikyo distillery, made from 100% malted barley and distilled in Coffey stills. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is matured in a combination of American white oak and sherry casks and has a light golden colour. The Coffey still, a continuous design named after the Irish inventor Aeneas Coffey, gives the whisky its name. The nose is fruity and floral, with hints of vanilla and caramel. The palate is soft and delicate, with honey, vanilla, citrus and oak, leading to a long, gentle finish of fruit and spice.
