Nikka Days is a Japanese whisky from The Nikka Whisky Distilling, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It is a gentle dram with a floral nose of white blossom and orange blossom, alongside pear and citrus. On the palate it is smooth and built around cereals, malt and toffee, with toasted nuts and vanilla. A light touch of peat lingers in the mouth.
The finish is fruity, with dried apricot, and closes on malt and vanilla.
