Nikka Limited 2025 Premium Blended Whisky (70cl, 48%)

This is a premium blended whisky from Nikka, bottled in 2025 at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is limited to 8,000 bottles worldwide and comes in a satin-lined presentation case. The blend is of natural colour. Chief blenders Junji Iseki and Hiromi Ozaki combined malts from Miyagikyo 1979 and Yoichi 1989 that matured in rare Mizunara oak with Ben Nevis from the 1980s, together with grain whisky. The nose offers a fine veil of peat smoke with salty sea air, crème brûlée and dark caramel. The palate brings dark chocolate, toasted sesame and dried fruit. The finish is long, with elegant wood spice and a subtle herbal note.
