Nikka Miyagikyo Discovery Aromatic Yeast 2022 (70cl)

This is a limited edition from the Miyagikyo distillery, which belongs to Nikka. It was released in 2022 and comes in a 70cl bottle. The Discovery series reflects experiments carried out while making whisky, and this bottling looks at yeast. The yeasts used for Aromatic Yeast differ from those normally used at the distillery. They bring fruity aromas, in particular peach and apricot.
