Nikka Miyagikyo Discovery Aromatic Yeast is a limited-edition Japanese single malt from Miyagikyo, bottled at 47% ABV. It is the 2022 edition of Nikka's Discovery range, launched in 2021, which each year looks at a key step in how its Yoichi and Miyagikyo single malts are made. This edition focuses on yeast. The strain was chosen to encourage aromas and flavours of peach and apricot.
