This edition puts the focus on the influence of yeast during fermentation, which brings extra floral and fruity notes. The nose is floral, with ripe peach and a hint of spice. The palate is soft and refined, with juicy stone fruit, honey and a creamy texture. The finish is long and elegant, with subtle vanilla and citrus.
