A 10 year old single malt from Nikka's Yoichi distillery in Japan, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in a combination of bourbon, new oak and sherry casks, and is a limited edition.
The nose is intense, with malt, peach, smoke, ginger, sherry and a hint of wood. The palate is complex, with peach, apricot, barley, campfire smoke, vanilla and pepper. The finish is long, with impressions of oak, dark chocolate and pepper.
