Nikka Yoichi is a single malt from the Yoichi distillery, made in a peated style. Inspired by traditional Scottish methods, it is distilled with direct coal-fire heating.
The nose combines peat smoke, maritime influences and a touch of citrus. The palate is powerful and spicy, with toasted oak, vanilla and light fruit. The finish is long and full, with lasting smoke and spice.
