Noah's Mill Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 57.1%)

Noah's Mill Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon from the Willett family distillery, bottled at 57.15% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection that Willett launched in the 1990s. The mashbill is 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% barley. The bourbon is a blend of whiskeys aged from 4 to 22 years, and the batch number is shown on the bottle. It was conceived as an old-fashioned, pre-Prohibition style of bourbon. A high proportion of rye brings spicy and fruity aromas.
